Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in creating great experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
– Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately
– Have the food in a timely and professional manner
– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests
– Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guests
– Handle payments and process transactions accurately
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless dining experiences
– Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
– Refilling the salad and wrap station, restocking drinks and dips
– Support the kitchen team with service as needed in time
– Assist with restocking supplies and ingredients
– Provide excellent customer service by promptly fulfilling guest requests

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a server in a restaurant preferred but not required, training will be provided
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and a positive attitude, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Knowledge of food is a plus
