Manager, Wine Kitz

Job Description:Job Description As a Manager at Wine Kitz, you are responsible for the following: 1. Retail sales of wine kits, winemaking equipment and customer services. 2. Managing the winery, including the daily wine making, racking and filtering schedules, as well as the management of customer bottling appointments. 3. Ordering of inventory and supplies. 4. Recording and reconciliation of sales, including settlement for debit and credit transactions, cash balances and expense receipts. 5. Support marketing and sales with in-store advertising, Facebook and social media postings. 6. Overseeing premise services, such as plowing, garbage collection and local services/trades as needed. Company Description We sell a wide variety of wine kits to customers who either make it at home, or have us make it in our winery for them.
