Main Duties
– Building and installation of foundations, exterior doors and windows, floors, walls and roofs
– Construction or repair of existing framework on various types of building projects
– Determine dimensions, measure and cut required building materials accordingly
– Assembly of materials to the framework
– Cleanup of work areas and equipment

Skills
– Must be dependable
– Must be a team player and have strong leadership ability
– Ability to be flexible in coordinating day to day tasks and operations
– Must have 2-3 years experience in a similar role
– Ability to operate a Zoom Boom is considered an asset
– Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to work sites
– Must have own tool belt and steel-toe boots
– Courses required – SCOT and Fall Protection & Prevention

Number of Positions we are looking to hire 2 Full-Time residential framer position
Wage/Salary commensurate with experience
Experience 2-3 years
