Key Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and complete repairs in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines;
– Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems;
– Test equipment post-repair to ensure optimal performance;
– Maintain well-organized work orders;
– Maintain regular communication with managers regarding repair progress and issues;
– Collaborate within a team to address daily operational requirements;
– Keep workshop and equipment areas clean and organized;
– Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff;
– Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency; and
– Adhere to safe work practices.

Qualifications:
– 310T certification or Red Seal Licence
– Valid G driver’s license is a must
– Preferred: Clean DZ license and a spotless driving record;
– Must own tools required for the job;
– Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is advantageous;
– Proficient in troubleshooting techniques;
– Basic computer skills are necessary;
– Preferred: Previous experience using online preventative maintenance programs;
– Capable of standing, lifting 60 lbs, carrying, bending, twisting for extended periods;
– Effective communication skills (written and verbal);
– Reliable, punctual, team-oriented individual.
