Come and join our family at Quarter Cuts, just South of Vermilion, AB. We currently process 7-8 beef/bison per week, and do wild game for all of November and December.
We work Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30pm. Every weekend is a long weekend! More hours are required in hunting season, but you will enjoy two full weeks off for Christmas!
You will enjoy a variety of jobs at our shop, from deboning, cutting, grinding, to cleaning, organizing, skinning etc. We place our employees where they are best suited so we can be as efficient as possible.
The successful applicant must be able to stand on cement for long periods of time, work in colder temperatures (plus 10-15 on the cutting floor, with small time spent in the coolers and freezers), lift a minimum of 60lbs, and have exceptional personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Knife and deboning experience is an asset. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must have a drivers license as there is no other option for transportation to our facility.
