Seeking a Full-Time Commissary Kitchen Line Cook/Prep Cook
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Inspect, weigh, and package products
Monitor flow of product into processing machinery
Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ground Meat and Onions as per the requirements
Prepping the Meat according to the requirements
Receive meat from suppliers and check for accuracy of order

Skills & Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Demonstrated ability to operate machinery
Detail-oriented

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift

Experience:
Food Preparation Occupations: (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.50-$22.00 per hour
