Experienced, competent, and reliable Health Care Aides required to help with the personal health care and daily living tasks of a Senior male Paraplegic in a private home in Southdale.
Lift experience necessary. Ceiling lift in home.
Duties to include — transferring client to and from bed, lift chair, commode, and wheelchair in order to provide toileting, showers/pericare, and other daily living tasks, which may include leg care, exercise, cleanup, sanitizing equipment, general housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and respite.
Require conscientious, reliable and compassionate workers with good communication skills experienced in all the above tasks.
While experienced in health care, workers must also be versatile in order to adapt to the client’s individual personal needs.
Client is happy, outgoing, amusing and enjoys amicable interaction.
Required for day shifts each week as can be arranged.
Could progress to full time for an experienced and reliable worker.
$18:00 per hour to start.
