Location: 80 King St., St. Catherine’s, ON
Duration: 12 months
Training: 6 weeks (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST)
Pay Rate: $20.43/hr
Compensation:
- Contract Commencement Bonus: CAD $450 after 4 weeks
- Contract Completion Bonus: CAD $450 after 12 weeks
Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertisers to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct proactive outreach through outbound calls and emails to assess client needs and product performance.
- Provide tailored advertising solutions based on client goals and industry trends.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for optimization and increased investment in advertising.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure successful implementation of advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
- Basic: 1 year of sales experience, 3 years overall work experience, High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: BPO and outbound sales experience, quota-based sales experience.
Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively.
- Proficiency in computer skills and understanding of advertising.
