About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and professional flooring installer to join our dynamic team full-time. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of flooring projects, including demolition, preparation, cleaning, and the installation of hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl flooring.

What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 5 years of installation experience with solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl flooring.
• Experience with nail-down, glue-assisted, and floating installation methods.
• The ability to follow instructions, work independently or with a helper, and require minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of established safety protocols and the ability to operate and maintain flooring tools and equipment.
• A clear understanding of flooring specifications and how to handle, cut, and manipulate all floor types.
• A valid driver’s license (mandatory).
