Responsibilities
Bake a wide variety of cakes, including:
• Tiered wedding cakes
• Custom occasion cakes (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
• Novelty shapes and designs
• Cakes of various sizes and flavors
• Create high-quality, intricate designs using fondant, buttercream, and other techniques.
• Ensure all cakes meet customer specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and comply with food safety regulations.
Requirements
• Proven experience in baking and decorating cakes (portfolio required).
• Ability to work with various designs, shapes, and themes.
• Knowledge of current cake trends and techniques.
