About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our family and provide exceptional care and education for our four children, aged 1.5 to 4.5 years. This is a unique opportunity to work in a stimulating, home-based setting where you can make a lasting impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Montessori-Inspired Learning: Implement Montessori principles and practices to foster independence, creativity, and a love of learning.

Language Immersion: Engage children in French language activities, enhancing their bilingual skills.

Outdoor Education: Embrace nature-based learning through outdoor explorations, gardening, and farm experiences.

Practical Life Skills: Teach children essential life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and caring for animals.

Creative Play: Encourage imaginative and artistic expression through play-based learning.

Field Trips: Plan and lead educational field trips to local attractions and cultural sites.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate Educator: A genuine love for early childhood education and a commitment to child-centered learning.

Bilingual Proficiency: Intermediate French language skills to create a language-rich environment.

Montessori-Aligned: Experience or understanding of Montessori philosophy and methods.

Outdoor Enthusiast: A passion for nature and outdoor activities.

Creative and Flexible: Ability to adapt to a dynamic, home-based setting and create engaging learning experiences.

Reliable and Responsible: A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and professionalism.

Valid Driver’s License: Essential for transportation to and from various locations.
