Part-time Apartment Superintendent/Maintenance work!

Looking for someone to take up a part time contracted position as a superintendent/maintenance worker for government housing coops.

Basic construction skills need in areas like:

Drywall repair
Painting
Basic electrical – Switches/plugs/lights
Basic Plumbing – Drains/ptraps/faucets
Minor framing if necessary – wood/steel stud

ETC.

The position starts as part-time and after a probationary period, more work will be available.
