Job Description:
As an HVAC Helper, you will support our HVAC technicians on various installation, maintenance, and repair jobs. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to begin or expand their career in the HVAC industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience and training in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist HVAC technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, coils, and other system components.
• Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials required for HVAC service jobs.
• Support in troubleshooting and diagnosing basic HVAC issues.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Follow instructions and safety procedures as directed by senior technicians and management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
