Beekeepers Wanted

Hoetmer Honey Company Inc. requires employees to fill the following position for the 2025-2026 seasons: 2 FARM SUPERVISORS (NOC 82030 ) Applicants must Have 2 years Canadian beekeeping experience and 1 year experience a as a supervisor at a Canadian commercial beekeeping operation. All Applicants must have a valid drivers license or reliable transportation to and from work. Wage is $20- -$25 per hour based on experience. Supervisors will be managing a crew of 11-15 people daily also help manage bee hives and equipment. This position is a full-time year round.
Our company also requires 10 APIARY TECHNICIANS (NOC 8431). Applicants must have 1 year of Canadian beekeeping experience. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from work. Wage is $17-$22 per hour based on experience. Workers will be assisting with all aspects of beekeeping – honey production, extracting, winter preparation, and equipment maintenance.
As well as 10 APIARY FARM LABOURERS (NOC 8431). No beekeeping knowledge or experience required. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from work. Wage is $16.50 -$20 per hour based on experience. Workers will be assisting with most aspects of beekeeping – honey production, extracting, winter preparation, and equipment maintenance.
All applicants must be in good physical condition and able to work directly with bees. Farm Supervisors work is full time year-round. Apiary Technicians and Apiary Farm Labourers work is full time February 20 to October 30, 2025- 2026; 40 hours per week including some evenings and weekends.
