  • Attend phone calls, emails, and fax
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Receive payments
  • Maintain electronic files
  • Provide administrative support to the team of health professionals
  • Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect for others
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong keyboarding skills
