- Provide excellent customer service
- Attend phone calls, emails, and fax
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Receive payments
- Maintain electronic files
- Provide administrative support to the team of health professionals
- Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect for others
- Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong keyboarding skills
