Afternoon Shift : 3:15pm-11:30am
Morning training 6am-2pm for the first two weeks and then afternoon shift resumes.

The Lead hand will be responsible for the direction and coordination of a team of workers to meet mixing requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities will include training of staff in mixing methods, safety, policies and procedures.
– Oversee the operation of mixing department in the food processing plant.
-Manage the mixing process for cookie dough production lines with a hand–on approach.
-Identify temporary labor requirement and inform the Supervisor to make the arrangements.
-Organize breaks in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
-Assign different tasks to team members and ensure maximum utilization of all available resources
