In this role, you’ll be involved in exciting tasks like Xpel application and windshield repair and installation. No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training

Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring our employees make customer satisfaction a priority to create customer loyalty and generate referrals.
-Perform administrative duties such as bookings, invoicing, and receivables.
-Manage and monitor workflow in the detail centre to maximize efficiency.
-Maintain effective communication within the department and with other leaders in the dealership; working together to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
-Lead, manage and support employees in achieving current business and productivity goals.
-Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.
-Other duties as required.
