Cleaning tiles for a few hours

Someone needed to scrub the ceramic tiles in a kitchen and bathroom of a vacant apartment. It probably requires scrubbing and not just a mop. Three to four hours work, possibly other chores as well.
$20 per hour, flexible as to timing. Colborne Street near downtown.
