Sales and Design Consultant

Our client in the high end custom cabinetry industry is seeking a permanent, full-time Sales and Design Consultant to join their team. In this exciting opportunity, you will be part of a great team working with clients to design their ideal custom cabinetry, and build an exciting career trajectory with a great company.
 
Job Title: Sales and Design Consultant
Location: Chilliwack, B.C.
Pay Range: $70k to $78k per year

What’s the Job?

• Meet with builders, designers, and homeowners (in the showroom and at job sites) and design custom cabinetry based on their needs.
• Design cabinetry using AutoCAD, as well as create quotes using Microsoft Excel.
• Create functional designs that are both aesthetically pleasing, but engineered for the client’s requirements, as well as for efficiency of manufacturing and installation.
• Communicate effectively with clients in-person, on the phone, and via email.
• Other related duties as assigned.

 
What’s Needed?

• Previous experience in a similar design and sales position is preferred.
• Custom cabinetry industry knowledge is highly desirable.
• Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites in local area is required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MOSAIC software is preferred.
• Engineering mindset, a self-starting attitude, and effective communication are all preferable.
