Candidate Requirements
Relocation: Must be willing to move to Northern Ontario.
Experience: Preferred background in hospitality or customer service, though training is available.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills; additional languages are a plus.
Teamwork & Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays.
Customer Service: Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to excellent guest service.
Problem-Solving: Detail-oriented and able to handle customer inquiries professionally.
