JOB: Personal Support Worker / Daily Living Assistant

I am a disabled adult woman living in Ottawa’s Centretown, seeking a personable and reliable female to join my amazing team providing in-home care. For reasons of privacy and dignity while providing personal care, a female attendant is preferred. This is an ideal part-time job for someone looking to supplement their income—such as a stay-at-home parent, retiree, student, or PSW.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Duties Include:
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Meal preparation and light cooking
• Running errands and accompanying me to appointments
• Housework and laundry
• Various other activities as needed

Flexible Scheduling:
• At least 2 shifts per week
• Typical shifts are 3-5 hours during late mornings or early afternoons on weekdays
• Occasional early evening or weekend shifts may be requested

What We’re Looking For:
• Dependable and reliable
• Fluent in English
• Driver’s license and access to a car are required

Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting at $22.50 per hour (CPP and EI deducted at source)
• Training will be provided as needed
