Position: General Laborer
Location: Oshawa
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled General Laborer with a valid AZ Driver’s License and at least 5 years of experience in construction or general labor. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery, including skid steer and backhoe machines, and be capable of manual digging and other physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steer and backhoe equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport materials to job sites using company vehicles (AZ license required)
• Perform manual digging and other labor-intensive tasks as required
• Assist with other construction tasks as directed by supervisors
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols on all job sites
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general labor, construction, or a related field
• Valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Experience in operating skid steer and backhoe machines
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including manual digging
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
