Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Office Assistant/Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines administrative duties with sales responsibilities, requiring a strong work ethic, a customer-focused approach, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

Answer and direct phone calls
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
Provide information and assistance to visitors as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Sales Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
Promote and upsell products and services
Maintain a positive and friendly customer experience
Contribute to sales goals and targets
Cold Calling:
Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling and email campaigns
Research and build target account lists
Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office and/or sales experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Positive and proactive attitude
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
