Driver and crew leader for snow removal

We are currently looking for a driver and crew leader for the upcoming winter season. Must be hard working, responsible, able to lead and direct, clean driving record.
Responsibilities include driving to multiple sites, clear snow, keeping track of crew/hours, checking over site etc..
We have multiple site around Edmonton and area.
