Looking for on-call Barista

Looking for a fully trained barista to help us out this weekend.
Sunday 9am-5pm
And possibly Saturday 9am-5pm

Duties include making drinks, smoothies, bagging food orders, and cleaning dining room.
Must be flexible and easy going.
Must have a pleasant personality for our guests and be good at promoting and selling our food.
(We are a new business so we need someone at the front that can increase sales wherever possible.)

It would be highly preferable if you could come for a short shift tomorrow (Friday) so that you can be more familiar with the layout and procedures.

Must know how to operate a commercial espresso machine.
We can only do very limited training on the specifics of our drinks,
Due to the limited time frame, we are not able to train you the basics.

Food Handler certificate would be a bonus.
