Location: Cambridge, ON.

Job Responsibilities:
– Operate a Garbage or Recycle truck as a single loader/operator.
– Responsible for various residential curbside pickups – garbage, yard waste, organics, and recycling.
– Conduct daily pre-and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
– Provide friendly, reliable service, and complete assigned daily routes.
– Perform repetitive lifting (up to 50lbs) into the hopper from the ground.
– Collect and deliver waste to local transfer stations and landfills.

Requirements:
– Must reside in any of the cities listed: Kitchener, Waterloo, Woodstock, – Brantford, Guelph, or Cambridge.
– Previous DZ or AZ driving; no newly licensed drivers.
– DZ license, CVOR, and Drivers Abstract.
– Previous experience in the waste industry is advantageous.
– Physical fitness for repetitive lifting (up to 50lbs).
– Ability to drive and load efficiently.
– Adaptability to work in various weather conditions.
