Garbage Truck Driver/Loader

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Rear-Pack Garbage Truck or Side Loader Recycle Truck.
• Perform various types of residential curbside pickups, including garbage, yard waste, organics, and recycling.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle.
• Provide reliable, friendly service and complete your assigned routes.
• Prepare for repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs, from the ground into the truck.
• Collect and deliver materials to local transfer stations and landfills.

Requirements:

• A valid DZ license.
• A clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Steel-toed work boots that cover the ankle.

Predictable Schedule: Work Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 am, with an average of 10-12 hour days.

Competitive Pay: $24/ hr
