Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history and specific areas of concern.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills

Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
Proficiency in medical terminology to accurately assess client health conditions and document treatments.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide clear explanations of services offered.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of various massage techniques and the ability to adapt styles based on individual client preferences.
