Handyman needed with tools for weekend etobicoke

I am home owner looking for a handyman with at least 7 years experience in home renovation.
1. You must be free saturday and sunday from 9 to 6.
2. Do not be general contractor. You do the work yourself.
3. I pay 30.00 cash hourly minus one hour for lunch and smoke break. Bonous wil be paid for clean good work.
4. Do not come pretend you are a handyman.
5. You need a nail gun and basic tools to do drywall work. No plastering.
6. You need to know how to remove popcorn ceiling on main floor.
7. It is better to have a car or truck.
