Garbage Yard Cleaner

We are seeking a Garbage Yard Cleaner/Sorter to join our team in Renfrew, ON. The Sorter will be responsible for organizing and categorizing items in a warehouse setting. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet production goals.

As a sorter, your role will be vital in making a difference. Your responsibilities will include:

Sorting and organizing a variety of materials, including recyclables, waste, and more.

Operating state-of-the-art sorting equipment and machinery.

Ensuring materials are sorted and disposed of properly.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment.

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Promptly reporting any concerns or issues to your supervisor.

Being a team player and taking on any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, exciting work environment.

Strong attention to detail.

The capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Effective communication skills.

Flexibility, including the willingness to work weekends and holidays
