GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE PERSON REQUIRED

We are looking for a General Building Maintenance person that has the potential to become a full time and permanent staff. This position is for a busy shopping centre building.

The job entails a full 8hr person that can do general maintenance work like changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, light plumbing, slow flowing sinks, toilets and other facilities issues in the building. It also includes temperature controls in tenant spaces, repairs to doors and other access control issues. You will also be calling contractors fir other services as needed and escorting them while onsite.

We are looking for someone that can think on their own, make decisions and make things happen with minimum supervision at the end if the day.

The position is temporary with a very strong potential of becoming permanent at the end of the year.
