General Labor

Overview
Looking for a reliable individual with a good work ethic that works well with others. Previous construction experience is an asset but not required.
Full time hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm starting at $25/hr.
The position requires some out of town work so reliable transportation and valid license are required.

Duties
Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on site.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
A valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.
