Assistant Bread Baker Needed

Job Summary

Seara Bakery is searching for an Assistant bread baker who strives to provide excellent bread and service in an efficient, professional manner. The Baker will assist the lead bread baker in the preparation of multiple types of bread. You will also clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customers’ needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Baker, you should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. You should be organized, decisive, attentive.

Assistant Bread Baker Responsibilities:
-Assisting the lead bread baker in the production of our bread
-Maintain Clean equipment and tools before use, and ensure that work is c-cleaned regularly

Assistant Bread Baker Requirements:
-Able to carry 50 lbs
-Understanding of food safety practice
-Excellent time-management skills
-Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
-Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
-Willingness to learn
