We are seeking an experienced Executive / Senior Director of Sales to secure contracts ranging from $10,000 to $500,000 in the renovation and construction sector.
Key Qualifications:
• Strong, established relationships with clients in the commercial, property management, hospitality, and development sectors.
• Local professional, native to Toronto/GTA with English as mother tongue.
• Proven experience in renovation and construction projects, with expertise in project management, contract preparation, and negotiation.
• High level of education (University degree), responsibility, and the ability to perform independently.
This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential tied directly to performance.
The position requires someone who is highly driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously.

• Own car, laptop, and cell phone.
• Ability to secure contracts and client relationships with professionalism and confidence.
