Chatime Barista Wanted – Team Supervisor

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Team Supervisor at our Chatime Vaughan Mills location.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older
Maintain a positive, upbeat and energetic demeanour
Prior Retail, Food industry, or work experience required
Good Verbal communication
Positive team player
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including closing store late night around 11 PM or midnight. Must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to be standing for long periods and able to manoeuvre around in bar area.
Occasionally lift up to 25lbs. and carry items as required
Responsibilities and Duties:

Craft Tea beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers
Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and safely handle cash
Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed from storage
Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Inspire others by become a dynamic brand ambassador both inside and outside the store
Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room
Adhere to the cleaning schedule to prolong the life of all equipment
