General Maintenance Contractor

We are currently looking for a reliable contractor to perform general contractor tasks within the Niagara Region. The individual should have access to their own tools and vehicle. The contractor should be able to use a cell phone, emails, texts, etc. The contractor should be able to complete basic maintenance and repairs with the ability to report specialized contractors needed. This is a contractor position so the individual will be responsible for their own invoicing which is to be paid out to them twice monthly.
