Live-In Resident Manager Wanted

Looking for Live-in Part time Resident Manager for a 28 unit apartment building in Lethbridge. We are looking for an energetic individual or couple.

Job description
The successful candidate(s) will be fluent in English and this position does require you to live onsite.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rent collection, suites rentals, cleaning/preparing suites for new incoming tenants, cleaning of property, minor maintenance , lawn care and snow removal and all related paperwork.
Training Provided.

Experience: property management: 1 year (preferred)
