Saint John Nissan is looking for Apprentice Technicians to join our team today!

Annual Wage Range: $37,440 – $56,160

Steele Auto Group is dedicated to helping our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades through every stage of their apprenticeship! With our Road to Red Seal program, you’ll receive Level Bonuses and a Salary Top-Up Plan to support you as you progress through each apprenticeship block.

Level Bonuses:

• Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level.
• Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus.

Salary Top-Up Plan:

• Steele Auto Groups Salary Top-Up Plan helps ease your financial burden during apprenticeship blocks by providing a percentage of your previous hourly rate while you’re off work attending your training.

Ideal candidates will be well-organized, hardworking, self-motivated, and possess excellent time management skills. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract is required.

Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
