We are an established Property Management company with MULTIPLE MULTI-RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS (FULL COMPLEXES) in Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge that we are renovating.

The candidate will be kept busy all year around.

Chosen Candidate(s) can start right-away.

The selected candidate(s) will have:
– Previous experience in painting and drywall repairs is necessary.
– Their own transportation.
– Their own tools to complete painting and repair jobs.
– Strong attention to detail.

Fixed rate for unit turnover painting, and hourly for anything above and beyond the usual scope.
