TRT Properties is seeking a dynamic individual to join Tommy’s Barbershop, a brand new traditional full-service barbershop located in Thunder Bay. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor of an exclusive, high-quality barbershop outfitted with classic details from yesteryear. The shop offers a full range of services, including haircuts, shaves, and more.
Position: Barber & Business Manager
Salary Range: $50,000 – $100,000 (depending on business volume)
We are looking for someone who is passionate about barbering and possesses a business-minded approach to help lead and grow this exciting new venture. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, providing top-quality services while offering business guidance to ensure the shop’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full barber services (haircuts, shaves, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day operations of the barbershop
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Help grow the business and manage client relationships
• Assist with marketing and outreach to increase brand visibility
• Maintain the shop’s traditional, high-quality aesthetic
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a barber
• Strong business acumen with an interest in business growth
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and motivate staff
• Willingness to embrace the shop’s traditional theme and values
