Job Description:
As a Window and Door Installer at WindowStar, you will be responsible for the professional installation of our windows and doors at various residential and commercial sites. You’ll ensure that each installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install a variety of windows and doors (including casement, sliding, patio, and entry doors).
Ensure proper fit, sealing, and finishing of windows and doors.
Remove old windows and doors carefully, without causing damage to the property.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining installation processes and addressing customer concerns.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in window and door installation.
Knowledge of various installation tools and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
