The Opportunity
Seaside Chevrolet in Shediac, New Brunswick is looking for a Service Advisor.
We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand. As a Service Advisor, your role will be to provide excellent customer experience to our customers.
If you enjoy building relationships with people and you like to provide value-added services by selling, then this position is for you!
The ability to speak in English and French (fluently) is required for this role.
The hours of work are 7:30am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
- Be the dealership’s first-line of customer service.
- Sell products or services that will maintain their vehicle in good condition.
- Schedule service work in the service department
- Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle, with the customer
- Gather information on the vehicle’s condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services
- Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software
- Bilingual in English and French.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Likes helping people
- Good work ethic
- Must have a valid driver’s license & clean driver’s abstract
