HIRING: Car Wash Tunnel Operator / Detailing Manager

Looking for an experienced Detailer to perform Front of House, Team Lead at our Car Wash.
Pays per car ($45-$85 depending on the package) – Commision.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Cleaning of cars, express in and out (will train on how to do this)
-Accepting and processing cash and card payments
-Greeting customers with exceptional customer service
-Issuing car wash tickets, sales, upselling, booking appointments
-Quality Control (Important) – ensuring cars are leaving clean and satisfied
-Ensure customers who are waiting are comfortable and looked after.
-Closing the shop (important)

The ideal candidate will position themselves at the entrance of the car wash as the first point of contact for the customer, greeting customers with great care, assisting them with their various needs and requests, pushing forward the car wash line by helping the guys to clean the cars faster, moving from point to point within the car wash and ensuring that the car wash attendants deliver on said requests. They will also process payments and see to it that customers are satisfied following the service.

Will report directly to the owners.
Must speak FLUENT english , (Spanish speaking is also an asset)
