General Construction Labor – cash paid daily

Cash paid daily – $18/hr.

As a contractor I’m looking for 2-3 people to join our main crew to strip out the interior of a house in Toronto. The work is not complicated but it would be great if you had some previous experience. Job starts on Thursday September 26 and labor is needed on Thursday and Friday for sure possibly another day or 2 the following week.

Again, experience in removing old drywall and plaster is good but not essential. What is essential is your ability to listen to instructions and to use common sense in what you are doing. The work involves the use of hand tools like hammers, levers and prybars, shovels and buckets. You will need to be reasonably fit and but don’t need to be a body builder. Have a great attitude, listen well, look for ways to be helpful and we may keep you on. The day starts at 9am and goes to 5pm give or take with time off for lunch. You will need to bring your own PPE specifically, safety boots, eye protection, gloves and hard hats. Masks will be provided. House is near Dufferin and St. Clair in Toronto.
