Seeking Live In Nanny in Toronto, Ontario To Start Immediately

About Us
We are a warm, young family excited to welcome a caring live-in nanny into our home as soon as possible. Our 1.5-year-old child is full of energy and will be starting daycare soon. We would like to have a second child soon. Both parents work full-time from home and need a reliable, adaptable nanny to support us in balancing our work and family life. Flexibility is key, as our schedules change from time to time. We are looking for a long-term live-in nanny who will be a part of our growing family. We are located in the North York area, easily accessible by the TTC. Our child’s daycare is within walking distance and we will need help with pick up and drop off. We do not have pets.

Role Responsibilities
• Provide attentive care for our 1.5-year-old
• Assist with morning routines, daycare drop-off and pick-up, dinner feeding, bath time and bedtime, groceries
• Support with diapering and/or potty training
• Care for our child when she is ill
• Help with housekeeping, laundry and meal

Requirements
• Loves children
• A reliable self-starter who does not need constant supervision
• Good communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience being a nanny for children aged 0-3 years on a full-time basis
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Flexibility with scheduling to accommodate changing family needs
• Provide at least 1 reference from previous nanny role(s)
• Background check required
• Currently residing in the Greater Toronto Area
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Vulnerable Sector Check up to date
