Caretaker for apartment building

We are looking for a responsible person or couple for a residential building near the University of Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning the common areas of the building, exterior grounds maintenance, lawn and snow
• Showing available units, serving notices and attending to minor repairs and complaints, issues
• Conducting routine inspections and perform minor repairs
• Overseeing property security and safety measures

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic handyman skills and knowledge of maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in property management or caretaker roles is a plus
