Concrete Saw Operator Foreman Wanted $30/hr+

Looking for a Concrete Saw Operator Foreman to execute basement (Egress) window installation jobs primarily in Durham Region and the East GTA.
Primary job duties entail:
1) Set up, Operate, and Maintin a Husqvarna WS482 Electric Concrete Wall Saw
2) Transportation of Wall Saw equipment and Window material s to and from job site, including a Generator Trailor. Must have G license and vehicle capable of towing and hauling equipment (Pickup Truck ideal)
2) Carpentry for the window header, installation of steel lintel to support brickwork.
4) Provide guidance to Excavation subcontractor and perform Installation of drain pipe for each window.

Work involves heavy lifting, concrete drilling, percision carpentry work, remote saw operation, window caulking. Mandatory use of PPE including vision, hearing, and respiratory protection is required.

We are looking for a foreman with the competance and drive to run the jobs automamously from mobilization to completion. The ideal candidate is an independent contractor with their own pickup truck and concrete cutting/egress window installation experience or a trades background. Civil Engineering students/graduates also welcome to apply. $30/hr profit sharing incentives will be offered to the right candidate.
