Looking for an individual or couple to look after a 10 unit apartment building in the Bowness area ASAP, there is a 1 bedroom available to rent, duties include showing & renting units, cleaning common areas of the building, grass cutting & snow cleaning in winter, detailed description will be discussed later. Hours vary from 3-10 per week. Handyman experience an asset.
