Looking to hire for porch refinishing and building new stairs

My porch measures 12×7 (84 sq ft). The porch and the railings and some trim need to be sanded and re-stained. The stairs need to be rebuilt as the wood underneath is rotten. And a few repairs on the railing trim (which is wood covering iron).
Location near Dufferin and Bloor.
Please send me your qualifications and your quote for labour and materials (including wood for stairs). I will provide the stain.
