Farm Worker on Regenerative Ranch

Richards Family Farm and Livestock Ltd. is a 4th generation family farm located near Bangor, SK and is seeking a full-time employee on our 500 head cow/calf operation, backgrounding and yearling operation. We strive to implement principles of Holistic Management, Ranching for Profit and regenerative agriculture. We also emphasize ecosystem health, profitability and quality of life.

We are seeking someone who is interested in an opportunity to learn, grow and gain experience. We are willing to train and help equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop passionate ranchers for future generations.

The successful applicant will have some experience in animal husbandry, equipment operation and basic mechanical skills. Must be hard working, perseverant, willing to learn. organized, self-motivated, able to problem solve and think critically.

Wage is $20-$30 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Start date is October 1st and is negotiable. Educational opportunities will be available. Housing is potentially available. Must have a valid driver’s license and be legal to work in Canada.
